Accountant Cum Admin Officer
Grit 3D is looking to hire a 3D CAD Design Engineer for it operational work who will be actively working around 3D Designs and 3D Printers
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be able to effectively understand customer requirements for Product Design. (understand project requirements, evaluate time required for its execution, follow-up with the client and ensure timely execution of projects)
- Co-Work with Grit Team in developing Creative Product Designs from Concept to Reality
- Make 3D CAD Models from scratch Idea to a finished Product
- Producing Realistic Renders of 3D Models
- Creating 3D Models from Existing Physical Parts and upgrade yourself into learning new techniques and tools for Reverse Engineering
- Design & Edit Files for 3D Printing and update yourself on 3D Printing techniques, operations and technology with time
- Evaluate files for 3D printing (check for tolerances, minimum dimensions, missing features, overall sizes, infill and supports)
- Prepare files for 3D printing and ensure timely printing and delivery of prototyping projects.
- Constantly improve your skills and remain updated in the Additive Design and Manufacturing industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must-Have Past Bookkeeping and Accounts Job Experience for at least 2-3 years.
- Should be very well versed with Accounting Software and Pro at Microsoft Word And Excel
- Experience in working with Financial Statements and Balance Sheet
- Minimum 2 Year Experience in Accounts/Finance
- Excellent Communication Skills in English and Urdu (Written and Oral)
- Experience with Tender Work will be highly Preferred
- Well Versed with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-versed with Withholding Tax/Sales Tax Law and related matters.
- Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills
- Graduates in relevant fields will be preferred.

Digital Marketing Strategist
Grit 3D is looking to hire a creative Digital Marketing Strategist, who will be actively working with the whole team to get the Marketing plan executed.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan, build and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Curate the Digital Content for all platforms: (Website, Facebook, Linkedin)
- Create the SEO strategy for website then implement, monitor and follow up with the SEO Team
- Complete command over On-page, Off-page Optimization and Keyword Research
- Coordinate with the Web Development team to get the right content uploaded
- Curate short to long videos from our digital content to create appealing Ads and Post for Social Media
- Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 2-3 years of Work Experience in the Digital Marketing Field
- Candidate with experience in the E- Commerce industry responsible for generating sales via paid campaigns
- Must have proven track record experience in SEO, Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Well Versed with the Digital Marketing Tools
- Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work outside the role as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Strong Knowledge of SolidWorks or Equivalent 3D CAD Software.
- Must have a Problem Solving Mindset
- Strong written and oral communication skills to deal with clients
Assessment Task

The purpose of this task is to assess your CAD designing skills and thought process in product development.
