Prototyping Workflow
Grit 3D manages the complete prototyping workflow for our customer. We eliminate all the hassle and learning curve when it comes to design and 3D Printing.
Prototyping starts with 3D designing on CAD software and preparing an STL file which is readable for any slicer software, which develops a file that is an instruction code for the 3D Printer
After selecting the correct print settings and slicing the STL file, the file is sent to 3D Printer over wifi or a USB. Intended Resin material is added, the shroud is covered and the printing starts
Once the printing is finished, the resin printed parts need to be washed in IPA solvent, the supports are removed (if any) then carefully cured under UV Light inorder to achieve their optimal mechanical properties
